Responsible for creation of Management Information reports:

  • Analysis of regular and also ad hoc business metrics.
  • Lead the delivery of small and medium size projects within budget and timelines
  • Create and maintain overall project portfolio listing
  • Create business cases with associated revenue / cost impacts for projects
  • Create project charters, project plans / timelines for key projects
  • Provide status / progress reporting against key projects
  • Track actual to budget results for key projects
  • Lead or be on project team for a variety of projects across TGAP
  • Drive projects to successful completion
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand and document key processes in TGAP
  • Develop process improvements that are practical and beneficial to the centre
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness and quality of project implementation
  • Work with key departments and team leaders to implement improvements
  • Support the development of training and implementation materials,
  • Cascade knowledge of main project management skills to key staff
  • Work with TGAP systems expert to provide efficient systems solutions
  • Preparing a testing schedule / implementation plan for new systems implementation
  • Identify potential / emerging risks and address through contingency plans
